About

I connect how a brand looks and speaks with how it sells — and how its clients feel.

I’m a Dubai-based Senior Marketing Manager with seven years’ experience across the GCC and Africa. At Hair Beauty Network I lead marketing for a portfolio of seven premium European brands — among them Alexandre de Paris, the Parisian house of luxury hair accessories — across B2B, showroom, retail and e-commerce.

Before that I led GCC launch campaigns for Disney and Pixar releases at Italia Films, and I began my career in sales and marketing in South Africa and in business analysis and project management in Malawi — a grounding in numbers and process that still shapes how I plan, measure and report. Day to day I own the whole mix: client marketing and CRM, email, SEO and paid media, social and content, retail, events and brand activations.

My strength is connecting brand storytelling with commercial objectives and customer experience: a seasonal campaign that feels unmistakably on-brand and still moves product, a client who is recognised whether she walks into a boutique or opens an email, and reporting that tells the business what to do next.

Alexandre de Paris GCC

One Parisian maison, many doors: building a consistent, premium client experience for luxury hair accessories across e-commerce, retail points of sale, salon partners and social in the GCC.

Alexandre de Paris Ramadan Noor campaign: a mint claw clip in dark hair

The brand

Alexandre de Paris is a Parisian house of luxury hair accessories, known for handcrafted clips, barrettes and headbands. In the GCC it is one of seven premium European brands carried by Hair Beauty Network, the exclusive regional distributor, with its own e-commerce store, a kiosk at Galleria Mall in Abu Dhabi, a showroom point of sale on Al Khayat Avenue in Dubai and a network of salon retail partners.

The challenge

A small, precious product with a French heritage story, sold through very different doors. The client who discovers the brand on Instagram, the one who stops at a mall kiosk and the salon that stocks it all needed the same premium experience — and the business needed every channel to contribute to regional growth rather than operate on its own.

My role

I lead GCC marketing for the brand end to end: strategy and the annual calendar, e-commerce, SEO and paid media, email and CRM, social media and content, influencer partnerships, product launches and seasonal campaigns, and marketing support for the retail points of sale and salon partners.

The strategy

One maison, many doors

A single seasonal story, adapted for each touchpoint — homepage, email, social, kiosk display and salon counter — so the brand feels the same wherever a client meets it.

Parisian codes, local calendar

Keep the French heritage and craft at the centre, and plan around the moments that matter to GCC clients: Ramadan and Eid, Mother’s Day, summer and the gifting season.

Capture demand where it starts

SEO and paid media built around how clients search for hair accessories in the region, sending them to product pages designed to convert.

Clients, not transactions

Bring kiosk, showroom and online clients into one CRM and follow up with care, new collections and personal attention (see Nº 04).

Execution

  • E-commerceCollection merchandising, launch and seasonal landing pages, on-site SEO and product storytelling on alexandredeparis.ae.
  • Paid mediaPaid social and search campaigns for awareness, retargeting and seasonal pushes, measured in GA4.
  • EmailLaunch and seasonal campaigns with segmented audiences, tailored subject lines and calls to action, and automated scheduling.
  • SocialMonthly content calendars, product storytelling and community management on Instagram, with campaign highlights for summer, Mother’s Day and product families.
  • InfluencerCreator collaborations around key moments — including Eid content with @theraniaxo — from sourcing and briefing to product seeding and performance review.
  • RetailPoint-of-sale and visual support for the Galleria Mall kiosk, the Dubai showroom and salon retail partners.
  • Salon key accountsDeveloped salon consignment and key-account relationships, turning premium beauty partners into recurring commercial touchpoints rather than one-off activations.
  • Seasonal campaignsRamadan Noor — a warm, intimate gathering story styling the clips for the season — alongside Eid, Mother’s Day, summer and gifting moments.

Nº 02Hair Beauty Network

Case study · B2B marketing & lead generation

Hair Beauty Network

Marketing a high-consideration B2B purchase — seven premium European beauty, salon furniture and luxury retail brands — to the salon owners, designers, contractors and architects who decide together.

Micro-mist scalp treatment at a salon backwash

The brand

Hair Beauty Network is a Dubai-based distributor of seven premium European beauty, salon furniture and luxury retail brands for the GCC — including Alexandre de Paris, Cindarella Paris and BÜCE — with a showroom on Al Khayat Avenue and its own professional equipment line.

The challenge

Fitting out a salon is a significant investment and rarely one person’s decision: the owner or entrepreneur funds it, the interior designer specifies it and the contractor delivers it. Marketing had to generate qualified leads rather than attention alone, and support a sales team through long, consultative conversations.

My role

I own marketing strategy and delivery: campaign planning, digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads and Meta advertising, CRM and email, content, website optimisation, trade exhibitions and events, sales enablement, marketing reporting and the management of external agencies.

The strategy

Sell the space, not the chair

Lead with finished salon environments and design inspiration, so the brand enters the project at the moodboard stage — not at the price comparison.

Speak to each decision-maker

Distinct messages and assets for owners (value, bundles, reliability), designers (finishes, specifications, catalogues) and contractors (practical detail).

Intent first

Google Ads and SEO around high-intent searches, Meta for inspiration and retargeting — every route ending in a consultation booking or catalogue download.

Close the loop with sales

Every lead captured in the CRM, qualified, followed up and reported on, so marketing is judged on pipeline rather than clicks.

Execution

  • WebsiteLed the end-to-end design and development of the corporate website: site structure, user experience, content strategy, page layouts, SEO framework and copy; directed the visual design, worked with developers and managed testing through to launch.
  • Search & paidSEO, Google Ads and Meta advertising built around consultation and catalogue conversions.
  • Content & socialMonthly calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok, with series such as The Ultimate Salon Bundle and Design Trends.
  • CRM & emailLead capture and nurturing in Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns; promotional and product emails by audience.
  • ExhibitionsBeautyworld Middle East and Professional Beauty — including the BÜCE stand: exhibition plan, pre-event social and email, branded collateral, on-site head-spa demonstrations and post-event lead follow-up.
  • Product launchThe launch of HBN’s own Micro Mist machine with BOHO Salon as launch partner, showing the treatment in a working salon and supplying content for social, email and sales.
  • Sales enablementCatalogues — such as Iconic Pro Tools — and sales materials that give the team a consistent, premium story in every meeting.
  • Pipeline reportingSource, pipeline and campaign reporting to find the strongest acquisition channels and focus follow-up on higher-value opportunities.
  • Reporting & agenciesMonthly marketing reporting to leadership; briefing and managing external agencies and suppliers.

E-Commerce Growth

The website as the flagship store. How I improve online customer journeys so that the right traffic arrives, finds what it came for, buys with confidence and comes back.

E-commerce revenue +58% within six months — funnel restructuring, website optimisation and performance marketing

The brand

Two very different online businesses. A luxury accessories store, where the purchase is emotional, often a gift, and made on a phone. And a B2B website, where “conversion” means a consultation booking or a catalogue download that starts a sales conversation.

The challenge

Traffic alone does not grow an online business. The task was to find where customers hesitated or left — in search, on product pages, in the basket or after the first order — and to fix the journey itself rather than simply buying more visits.

My role

I own the online customer journey: website optimisation, campaign strategy, SEO, paid acquisition, email, product merchandising, content and analytics — and the reporting that decides where the next dirham is best spent.

The strategy — the journey, stage by stage

  1. DiscoverSEO and content built on real search demand; paid social and search to reach new, qualified audiences.
  2. ConsiderProduct pages that tell the product’s story, merchandised edits for gifting and occasions, and reassurance at every step.
  3. ConvertClear calls to action, a simpler path to checkout or enquiry, and retargeting for those who hesitate.
  4. ReturnPost-purchase email, new-in and replenishment moments that turn a first order into a relationship.

Execution

  • Funnel restructuringRebuilt the path from landing page to checkout or enquiry, removing friction and adding clearer calls to action.
  • Website optimisationNavigation, collection structure, mobile experience and page speed reviewed against analytics and search data.
  • Campaign strategyLaunch and seasonal landing pages built for each campaign, with consistent messaging from ad to page to email.
  • SEOKeyword research in Semrush, on-page optimisation, technical fixes in Search Console and content that answers real questions.
  • Paid acquisitionProspecting and retargeting on Meta and Google, with UTM discipline so every channel is measured the same way.
  • EmailWelcome, post-purchase and seasonal campaigns that bring clients back to the store.
  • Merchandising & contentHero products, gift edits and product storytelling placed where they do the most commercial work.
  • AnalyticsGA4 reporting on traffic quality, conversion and revenue by channel, reviewed monthly.

Nº 04Client Experience & CRM

Case study · Client marketing & clienteling

Client Experience & CRM

In luxury, the relationship matters as much as the object. This is how I approach client marketing — and how it shows up in my work with Alexandre de Paris GCC and Hair Beauty Network.

Two friends laughing over tea, one wearing a blue Alexandre de Paris claw clip

The brand

A Parisian accessories maison whose clients shop in a kiosk, a showroom, a salon and online — and a B2B business whose “clients” are salon owners and designers on long projects. Both depend on people coming back.

The challenge

Clients meet the brand in different places, and what the business knows about them easily stays scattered — in a sales associate’s memory, a spreadsheet, an Instagram message. Without one client view, follow-up is generic, loyal clients go unrecognised and a first purchase rarely becomes a relationship.

My role

I define the client database and segmentation, design lifecycle communication, build post-purchase and follow-up journeys, and connect retail with digital so that every touchpoint adds to the client record rather than starting from zero.

The strategy — how I segment

By relationship

Prospects, first-time clients, repeat clients, VIPs and lapsed clients — each with a different conversation.

By where they met us

Kiosk, showroom, online or salon partner, so the follow-up continues the experience they actually had.

By preference & occasion

Product families, style and the moments they buy for — Eid, Mother’s Day, birthdays, gifting.

B2B by project stage

Salon owners, designers and contractors, tracked from first enquiry to fit-out and after-sales.

The lifecycle — a clienteling framework

An illustrative outline of the journey I design for a luxury accessories client. Timings and channels are adapted to each brand.

PreviewNew collectionEmail & private invitationEarly access for VIP clients, before the public launch

Execution

  • Client databaseOne CRM record per client, with purchase history, channel of origin and preferences — built with consent.
  • Lifecycle emailLaunch and seasonal campaigns to segmented audiences, with personalised, luxury-toned copy, scheduled and automated.
  • Retail to digitalKiosk and showroom clients invited into the CRM at the point of sale, so a store visit continues online.
  • Post-purchaseThank-you and care communication, and a timely check-in rather than an immediate sales push.
  • VIP engagementEarly access, personal recommendations and small invitations for the clients who matter most.
  • Client eventsIntimate previews and appointments, each followed up personally afterwards.
  • FeedbackPost-purchase questions and review requests, shared with retail and management to improve the experience.
  • B2B lifecycleSegmentation across salons, interior designers, contractors and architects, with triggers for new-lead acknowledgement, quotation follow-up, purchases, dormant customers and launches.
  • MeasurementSource, customer type, project stage, campaign response, quote-to-order conversion, repeat purchase and reactivation tracked in CRM and analytics.

Nº 05Campaigns & Brand Activations

Case study · Integrated campaigns

Campaigns & Brand Activations

Launches, premieres, exhibitions, out-of-home, creators, email and social — what each campaign set out to do, and what I did.

Alexandre de Paris Ramadan Noor campaign: two women sharing tea

The brands

Luxury accessories, professional beauty and salon partners in the UAE, alongside entertainment launches for some of the world’s most recognised studios at Italia Films — very different audiences, the same discipline.

The challenge

Launch windows are short and unforgiving. Each campaign had to build anticipation, fill a room or a cinema, earn coverage and convert interest into tickets, leads or sales — with many partners involved and no second chance on the day.

My role

Planning integrated launch strategies, coordinating premieres, activations and exhibitions, working with cinemas, media partners, agencies and suppliers, managing timelines and collateral, supporting PR and influencer programmes, and running campaigns across digital, print, radio, outdoor and on-ground.

The strategy

One idea, every channel

A single campaign thought expressed consistently from the bus shelter to the Instagram story to the red carpet.

Partnerships that add value

Pair launches with brands and creators whose audiences overlap — like a KIKO Milano beauty activation at a Disney premiere.

Nº 06Content & Creative Direction

Case study · Creative direction

Content & Creative Direction

Directing creative that is beautiful and has a job to do — for a Parisian accessories maison, a premium B2B salon business and my own beauty content.

Cindarella Paris and Hair Beauty Network catalogues styled on a wooden table

The brand

Three creative worlds: the Parisian elegance of Alexandre de Paris, the design-led interiors of Hair Beauty Network, and fast-moving beauty campaigns where content has to earn attention in a second.

The challenge

Keep creative distinctive and true to each brand while producing at the pace that social, email and e-commerce demand — and make sure every asset has a commercial purpose, not just a pretty grid.

My role

I concept and direct creative: campaign ideas, shoot briefs and photography direction, styling, social and editorial content, copywriting, email and website creative, product storytelling and moodboards — working with photographers, designers, agencies and creators, and checking every visual against the brand identity.

The strategy — principles I direct by

Start from the product truth

What it is, how it is made and why it matters. The best ideas are usually already inside the product.

One idea per frame

Restraint reads as confidence. Fewer elements, better light, more space.

Design for the channel

A story, a product page, an email and a billboard are different jobs, even inside one campaign.

Every asset has a job

Awareness, consideration or conversion — decided in the brief, and measured afterwards.

Execution

  • Campaign conceptsSeasonal and launch ideas, from the first line of the brief to the rollout plan.
  • Photography directionShot lists, styling and on-set direction for product and campaign shoots.
